Terms
Website & Service Terms
These terms provide a simple framework for using this website and requesting work from Ask WP God.
Last updated: August 2026.
Quotes and scope
Prices shown on the website are starting prices for the described scope. Before paid work begins, the specific scope, price, timing and any important assumptions should be confirmed in writing. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Client access and materials
You are responsible for providing the access, content, licenses and approvals reasonably required to complete the agreed work. Credentials should be shared through an appropriate secure method rather than through public messages.
Third-party services
WordPress websites often depend on hosting companies, plugins, themes, APIs and other third-party services. Their fees, availability, terms and future changes are outside Ask WP God’s control unless explicitly included in a written quote.
Backups and changes
Reasonable care is taken before making changes, including backups where practical and within the available access. You should also maintain an appropriate independent backup process for important production websites.
Payments
Payment timing and method are agreed as part of each quote or engagement. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.
No guarantee of third-party results
Technical work can improve a website, but no specific search ranking, advertising result, revenue outcome or uninterrupted third-party service can be guaranteed.
